Never showed up
I had an appointment On July 3. The tech never showed but closed the appointment as if he came … I was also told from the last appointment that he could not fix it due to the whole tub being broke but the notes stated that he couldn't get the screw out .Thats unprofessional to tell me one thing but input notes about something else ! It's also unprofessional to close an work order as if he came and he didn't!

Sears visit today for my A?C.
Hi Andrew, I question today's visit. My A/C was just serviced on 4/26, little over a month ago. The red light indicating my filter needed changed however, in changing it, the light stayed on. Also I was having trouble with the circuit breakers flipping off. The technician adjusted the date/time and the light went off. Why the first Tech didn't do that, I don't know why. Today's Tech also said he couldn't fix the circuit breakers ( the reason I made the service request in the first place. Andrew, I don't feel I should be paying for this second visit today because the first Tech didn't fix the light problem and I needed a return visit and today's Tech only changed the date/time on the thermostat . ( a push button ) and he couldn't do anything on the circuit breakers. Please consider this.

Mr Thomas Grice died in 2013 His widow bought the AHW Service after his death and pays the payments . Claim 8/11:23 job completed 10/02/23 . Roxanne Grice will cancel this policy and will not recommend this company. The first service. Tech Carlos won't get off the phone. The next tech was helpful neat and on time so that I could leave work without a problem . The whole point of this is my husband has passed away and you sent parts to the house in his name
