The technician came out and thought he fixed my dishwasher, but it is doing the same thing, which is not washing the dishes, and other utensils, everything came out dirty after I put it through a complete cycle. I have called and called and I can't get no one to respond to me. This dishwasher is still under warranty.

Idk how many appointments I have previously went through ! The tech did not show up ! I have had this issue for 5 months now !!!!!! This is the worst service ever ! He came 5 months ago said it was completely broke which I feel as if that is not true ! I've had the parts, and STILL HAVE THE PARTS WAITING TO BE ASSEMBLED ON TO THE WASHING MACHINE. Every time time I get an appointment it's the same thing ! Nobody never show up . They keep giving me appointments because the previous tech stated it was broke all the way but he would have to be the one to update it in the notes ! I'm not understanding why is it so hard to get closure ! Why is it so hard to get management attention ! This should not be this difficult!

CONSIDER THIS RATING A ZERO!!! Unfortunately, the lowest I can select is one star. This guy is the worst technician I've ever dealt with. This first attempt he made at repairing our washing machine was a waste of time. He didn't bother testing the machine before he left, so we were very angry when we tried to wash a load of clothes that night and discovered the problem was TEN TIMES WORSE than before! We couldn't even use it! It took weeks to finally get another appointment, which I took off from work so I could be home for the 8-5 "window" of the service call. This guy has ZERO communication or updates. I waited at home all day, only to have my appointment automatically rescheduled for TWO WEEKS LATER!!! No calls from anyone apologizing or explaining why my appointment was changed YET AGAIN! Finally, the day of my appointment arrives (9/7). The ETA on the website kept moving to later and later in the day. After waiting at home for another entire day waiting on this guy, I get a notification late in the afternoon asking me to rate my technician. After spending almost thirty minutes on the phone with the WORST automated system ever, I finally stumble across an actual person from who knows what country, who eventually found the notes from this service call that never happened. This "technician" waited until the very end of the day, and took it upon himself, to decide that my washer (which is being covered under warranty by GE) is "too uneconomical to repair." Now I'm back at the end of the line waiting on what will be the 8th scheduled service call. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!

Didn't call to schedule....just showed up at the house whilI

Sears is terrible at scheduling. They tell you they'll be there between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. . Most companies give you a two or four hour window instead of an entire day. In my case the technician never did call until he arrived at my house around 9:30 in the morning. I was at work because I had received an email saying that the technician will call when he is on in route. He didn't call. I work a half hour from my house. So I was unable to meet him. Seems like a bad policy to have as a business. Just show up without calling. I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere. So I know he had to travel a long way to get to my house. What a waste of gas and time.
