Fixed one now the other is not working
Lots of confusion with which unit wasn't functioning correctly now my upstairs unit isn't working and it was fine before the visit

NO Show But Bill Sent
Chadwick was scheduled for 10:30 am. At 10 am I got a bill saying the call was complete EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER CAME. I spent the next hour and a half on the phone with Sears filing a complaint and rescheduling the appointment. I hope I have better results. I also have another appointment (for another appliance) tomorrow. I hope that technician actually comes. I have had a Sears Service Agreement since my appliances were new in 2004 and this is the worst experience I have had. I hope this never happens again and the two service calls go smoothly.

Again the person has not arrived at my home and says he has. I'm tried of Sears making excuses for the Tech. I am getting in touch with the BBB because I have had it. If this person doesn't want to work there are others that would. If he doesn't know his direction he needs to call. No call was received. I had it.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!
This is the second time a scheduled appt was made for a repair technician that was a no call, no show!!! Terrible dishonest service!!!

Washer
Sears came to schedule an appointment 5 times to my home. 1st 3 times unable to repair, ordering parts to my home and unable to repair, cancelled one time bc of the weather. Coming out for the 5th time and I am hoping they can write it off. I have never I mean never experience any bad bad customer service in my life Reference an appliances. I am so so so dissatisfied. I am want to cancel and contact the Better Business Bruerar on my experience with Sears. I will never recommend them to anyone: Sears has given me the worse customer service!!!

Fraudulent No Show
I had an appointment scheduled between 8am and 5pm. I got off work and drove 8 hours to be at the location by 8am (arrived at 6am). Stayed there ALL DAY. No one ever showed up. I called and was told that the appt was completed and could not be rescheduled. To top it off I received and estimate form with my FALSIFIED signature. They charged my warranty company for work they never did and FRAUDULENTLY signed my name.
