Fridge repair
Nice guy very knowledgeable, he had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under two hours.

Repair frig
Serviceman was very cordial and shared knowledge of problem. He was patient explaining problem, as I was in disbelief of repair cost. It was frustrating as frig is only 3 year old. The repair cost was about as much if not more than original cost of frig. This is the 4th time I have had Sears service out for problems. As money was tight, I did not renew warranty. I did not expect a new frig needed yet another and outrageous costly repair. I have had other Kenmore appliances and thirty years later... none of them ever needed repairs. What happened? I will never buy another Kenmore again.

Scheduling
The Scott arrived and was professional in completing the repair. The problem I have is this was the third time my appointment was changed. The two previous time I waited all day and the serviceman never showed. The tracking showed he was not even close to my area. I think a specific time and date should be given to the customer and not this vague between 8:00 am till 5:00 p.m. I wasted two days waiting. In the future if I have a repair needed for my appliance, I will not call Sears--this will be the last company I solicited to do the job.

Lack of communication/ Waiting forever
Ronald was great, but things got mixed up at some point after his initial visit. Ronald made a diagnosis and stated that a report would b completed. 7 weeks into this and I still dont have a repair completed. I had to contact Sears after Ronald came out initially. I stated what he said was needed and the operator still scheduled for a Sears tech to come out when it should have been a third party repair company. I did not know this until Ronald was at my door again. He then made a call to try to straighten everything out. Then when I finally get the opportunity to schedule for a third party repair person to come out they tried to schedule me with the same company that only did half of the job the last time (the air conditioning unit was replaced and not the air handler- direct incompatiblity. I even told ther servicer this at the time and he disregarded my concern). Hince why we are here today..... After going back and forth with him about the 3rd party servicer he magically found another one....

Dryer Repair
The dryer is not repaired, it's still making the same noise and is not as quiet as it was. The dryer was not put back together completely (top lid is loose, the door just drops when opening, and the bottom panel is not on all the way). Since you have an eight-hour window for arrival time of service, it would be good customer service if a representative would call the customer to inform them when service is cancelled or rescheduled.

Too Much
There were too many demands. First, they asked for a personal internet connection, and the payment amount was higher than the amount announced in advance. When I complained, they lowered it to the original amount. Also, they didn't accept cash payments and only accepted card payments over the phone, which was very inconvenient.
