5. He couldn't repair, but recommended a replacement which hopefully will come in a size that fits our cooktop cutout.

Bryan no show
I'm disappointed, he never came to service my Appliances. This is the third week of no shows. I thought that I would have never good service because sears is a reliable company.

Scott was so condescending to me and my renters
Scott was not only condescending and rude to me on the phone when he called about his estimated time of arrival, but then was absolutely condescending and rude to my renters. I was on speakerphone the entire time, and both my renter and myself try to disarm him, but nothing work. He was just router and router by the minute.
