Brandon was very nice. I was not happy about having 1 visit then having to wait 6 more days to get the stop leak and Freon put in. There needs to be more than 3 people for the entire Charleston area.

A good diagnosis, but a troublesome problem
Jaylin contacted me before time, and was helpful and followed the SHS protocols. He is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The difficulty with this new machine indicated that a replacement was the best solution, since others of the same type have had similar conditions. His knowledge and technical information gives him a good example of Sears Home Services making wise choices for their technical personnel.

Nine month wait for Refrigerator Repair
Regretfully we waited nine months to get a repairman to come and install two parts ordered by Sears. During four different times (Mar- Sep) I collaborated with Sears management who tried rescheduling a repairman to complete the work. Each repair date failed - No Repair Person reported. This happened three times. Final coordination with Sear POC Critsha was helpful. A repairman came on October 2, 2024 to evaluate my refrigerator and the parts that were sent to my home. Repairman retrieved the two parts and ordered a new part. Finally the new part was installed by your repairman (Robert R). Know that I've been a loyal customer and am not been pleased with this painful "Refrigerator Adventure". With three additional large Sears appliances in my home I'd like know if you'll be able to do a better job in the future when I need repair service. Please contact me. Ned Roper
