Erick's the best.
The technician that I talked to on the phone thought that the problem was going to require a replacement part for my refrigerator. When Erick showed up he didn't have the part but he knew what the problem was right away and fixed it quickly. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you and thank Erick.

my experience with the warranty company was terrible, my wife and I got jerked around for over a week. we new it was important that someone like David come in right away to look at our machine but you all kept ordering parts before knowing the real problem. To our point you shipped parts we nerver used or needed, just a tech coming out was enough and was able to fix the problem. If you had'nt cancelled our first appointment we would have our problem fixed alot sooner. Again instead of keeping our appointment you canceled without even speaking to us to order parts. Your communication with the customer sucks and my wife and I seriously are thinking about not re-upping our contract, we were told that a check for some cominsation is to be mailed to us and we hope that is true. Maybe by your party showing soom concern to the customer we would change our minds.
