Michael was wonderful and very knowledgeable
Michael was perfect. My experience was that it took about 90 days to have my oven fixed. A repair man came ordered parts, they would not send anyone out until the parts were in after about 6 weeks am myself asking if we could get a replacement, a nice person called and we went over what parts were in and what was missing( The parts had been there no one updated the computer) They came could not fix it again when the 2nd guy left I was very concerned because the surface stove light was on and ask them to send the guy back to shut it off and they told no we cant do that because you have another part on order. I was so upset and scared we just shut off the power in our electrical box for until another guy came to fix it and could not again. He ordered a bunch of parts and then Michael came there and fixed it. 1st time they came to fix it was June 16th and my stove was t finally fixed early September

Knowledgeable and courteous
Edward was terrific. He was on time, performed the tests needed on the refrigerator and was quick to find a solution to the problem. He also discussed the benefits of a warranty contract, which I am considering. Thank you Sears for having this gentleman on your team.

Well Communicated timeframe of arrival was very Polite, asked if he should clean his mess. Also was patient with waiting on his payment to go through. I would hope I would get him next time if I do have another issue.
