Washer repair
The repairmen were efficient and skilled and conscientious at getting what was needed to complete the job. They were also considerate and careful in the tight workspace , which was greatly appreciated. I was surprised to see that they had left the old motor to my washing machine behind for me to dispose of ?! ? An oversight, no doubt. Besides that inconvenient oversight, they were great. I will be trying to get through to sears to come pick up this motor. Thank you for your prompt, dependable and efficient service! .

The tech was good and replaced the ordered part. However my dishwasher is still NOT working!! It runs for about 5 minutes as before and shuts off. I will call for another appointment.

Technician arrived as scheduled. Explained very thoroughly what had to be done to correct issue. Continued to explain what he was doing to correct issues as he worked. When finished everything was put back in place and cleaned up. Awesome service. Thank you. Well done.
