Excellent repair technician
Erick was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Professional, knowledgeable and polite even when faced with an adverse situation! After 4 phone calls scheduling this repair and asking that a helper be sent due to stacked units, none was sent and he was not made aware of the situation before hand. He handled it on his own with a positive outcome
