Very kind ! And professional. Knows his job

Sigfredo was excellent!!! But your customer service doesn't work. There is no way to reach to speak with someone. The process last almost two months. I still waiting for a supervisor call. I don't recommend sears services. It's nothing to do with Sigfredo.
