Edgardo was very professional and knowleagable. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and was able to make the repair fast. He also gave me some useful tips to avoid having this issue in the future. Would definitely like him to do any future repairs needed. Though I'm hoping not to have any more issues. Lol

Service to replace stove panel
He was very fast. He was willing to adjust his route to accomodate a special situation I had with a Dr appointment. At the end was not necessary to do any adjusment, but he was willing to do it.

Washer repair
Jose showed at my house for repair a day after I made the call. Excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable about the appliance and right away knew the part that needed to be replaced. He was done quickly and I am able to go on with my laundry which was backed up.
