Excellent Technican.
I really appreciate how he kept me updated on his arrival time. Very friendly and efficient in completing the service. However, if you were to ask me to rate customer service and my overall experience, I would rate it a 1. Great technicians, horrible customer service. I had to call repeatedly to let you know that the part was never going to arrive since it no longer existed. The GE website said what the alternative part was and I would think that someone would have checked on it. If I hadn't called twice, I would probably still be waiting. Feel free to call me as I will be canceling the home protect service.

Fixing the first persons mistake
Pleasant and tightened up connections- no more leaks. Sears wants to charge for this visit with our maintenance contract!! Their technician created the problem! Will not be renewing with Sears!
