Shane was extremely courteous. He called several times throughout the day to let me know what his schedule was when changes had taken place, and he was extremely informative and knowledgeable. When he arrived, explained everything to me I answered every question if all technicians were as good as Shane wife would be amazing. Thank you. !!!!!

sears repairmen are all good
Brad showed up on time, we have had him before and no problems what so ever. We handed him the parts and he finished the job quickly and the dryer works . If i had a complaint it would not be with any of the repair men it would be with the people you deal with trying to get to Brad. Their English is terrible, plus i am hard of hearing. You tell the guy your problem and he wants you to do this , do that, pull the plug. I am no mechanic but i know if the dryer doesnt shut off there is a broken part. Then they try to sell you more insurance for other stuff, I am so ticked off after playing games with these people i would hang up , Give me a break. Please put the work force back in America. Sears must be a supporter of Joe Bidens plan to ruin America
