good repairman
Ricky showed up after driving 2 hours to get here. Right from the start Ricky sort of knew what the problem might have been. The other day a different repairman just thought the unit was iced up but it wasnt. Ricky check everything and determined that it probably was the ice maker but if this didn't work it could be the wiring inside the door since we have had this problem several times. He said give it 24 to 48m hours. I trust his judgement

Brad is the best
Brad is probably one of the best tecs sears has. He is personable, friendly and always explains things that he fixes. Most of the tecs are good, if i was to say i had a problem its with the people i speak to trying to get to a Brad. Their English is not very good and they don't want to hear me , they want to tell me what to do. I swear if not for the good tecs i would change company's
