We needed an urgent repair to our oven as we are getting set to move out of our house. I was able to get a diagnostic appointment the first day that was open for me. Bernie diagnosed the repair, ordered the part needed and set an appointment that allowed time for the part to get here. I got the part the next day (on a Saturday) and I was able to reschedule the installation two days later. Fantastic service!

Chris is an excellent representative for the service dept.in everyway. 👏👌. Courtesy , workmanship and satisfaction is his goal it seems to the customer. It’s the (Sears system) of getting these great people who work for Sears out to us for the repairs that get the (lowest scores) for customer satisfaction . Ex: sending your parts to another town by mistake and not resending it back to you, as you patiently wait for your ordered parts for refrigerator! The list of their not following through goes on for me unfortunately. Thank goodness the the reps. like the Chris ‘s make up for their lack of a customer-friendly system that works for the customer…….. 😞Mrs. Henry
