Arrived in a timely manner and helpful
Dean arrived early and quickly determined the issue with our washer and quoted me a price. Every he said was incredibly helpful and to the point. I am thankful for his help.

David was very polite and explained everything to me although he was not allowed to fix my range. I was able to find out who installed it and they will be here to check it out and if it can't be fixed they will install a new one.

The technician was very knowledgeable, timely and professional. However, the sears email provided a phone number that would not allow the consumer to speak with a live rep or confirm the appointment.

Quickly identified multiple problems with our older washer. Unfortunately we couldn't fix it cheaply and will have to buy new, but clearly explained why. Also identified a bad valve that needed replaced. Appreciate the excellent service and friendly disposition!
