Richard is an excellent technician. He discovered the problem and ordered the parts that were here in a couple days. He returned and repaired our freezer. What a great person. Very professional and kind I want him all the time if anything else goes wrong in my Whirpool refigerator/freezer

This about the 7th repairman that I hv hd fr different companies. Steve fr Sears is by far the one who is skilled at hus job. He found the problem within a few minutes after he arrived. HE was efficient/ very nice. He even pu t on footies b4 entering my home. He took videos of what he was doing so that I cn show the maintenance department of my complex. A wonderful young man!!! I am so very GRATEFUL. Njs
