Our tech was very personable and was efficient at the repair. The parts were sent directly to our house and arrived on time. If I'm nitpicking, I wish the Tech would have slowed down, but he did a fine job regardless.

Needed our dryer fixed, Sears came out the morning after I called and had the right parts to get it running in an hour. A little pricey but prompt.

If only the rest of Sears service were as functional as our dishwasher repair technician David! This gentleman was both professional and friendly, but he essentially worked with one of the most miserable support systems I have ever encountered. My initial request for extended warranty service was placed in February, and my unit was finally fixed in late June. During that time, I scheduled perhaps 10 service visits, with perhaps 7 of them ending in no-shows despite my receipt of appointment confirmations. The fact that an "appointment" comes with an 8 AM to 5 PM arrival window was irritating enough for me as a retired person, and I can only imagine the reaction of someone who might take a whole day off from work for a no-show. And over the course of months we received a variety of replacement parts, only to learn that the wrong items were shipped and a new service visit needed to be scheduled. I could carry on further about the failure of the website to recognize my job number so that I could get follow-up, the exceptionally high barrier Sears has erected between the customer and a real person on their end, etc, but anyone reading this review already has the drift. David says the system is a mess (something of an understatement) and apparently he is almost as frustrated by it as I was. Exec summary: whatever entity now owns the Sears Service business has little interest in customer satisfaction. Anyone looking for a service plan should look elsewhere,

The technician was very rude and argumentative. After replacing the part he didn't even turn the furnace back on to see if it worked. When asked if he was going to make sure it worked he just mumbled it works, packed up his stuff, and left!

Whole company seems like a scam.. guy was only here 15 minutes to help with a fridge leak but didn’t fix anything, then when I try to reach customer service no one can help me.. was told someone else would be sent out again but never heard anything again.. still can’t reach customer service just keep getting put on hold for hours

Technician no call, no show then unable to reschedule. No response to several contact form inquiries. Not able to contact company to actually speak to someone to correct scheduling issues. Repair process took over 3 months to complete!
