Charles was not the issue

I waited two days two different appointments from 8 in the morning to nearly 7 the first appointment .then the second appointment I waited from 8 in the morning until 6 at night, your chat team was of no help whatsoever and Charles missed the repair issue the first time out causing me to go nearly three weeks without a washer. You should just state up front that this is going to cost upwards of three hundred dollars instead of playing with people. The washer washed 1 load last night and I am praying it continues to work this time.

One month ago, a Service Tech from Sears came to my house visa-vie Choice Home warranty. He emptied my freezer in order to inspect the problem on the metal tracks. He noted that a part was missing. He apparently ordered the wrong part and today's Service Tech opened the freezer and simply looked - he didn't check anything. He said that the ball bearings were unevenly worn because the LG refrig is 14 years old. Two different opinions that resulted in the warranty company, refusing my claim.

Sal seems to be a very nice guy. However, he was given the wrong appointment time and we were not home. So, our dishwasher is still broken. On top of that, we are getting emails from Sears referencing the completed repair with initials that aren't ours. What is going on??? Get organized!!

The repairman entered my home, never acknowledged me, did not ask if he should remove his shoes, never called me by name and said the work which needed to be done would cost me over 600.00, and also that money had to be paid in advance!! What type of fool would do that. I will Not do business with him or your company again

Problem not fixed

Extremely disappointing visit

Tried to explaining to the tech what we were experiencing with our washer, that clothes weren't getting fully cleaned and we suspected the agitator, as it does not sound like it used too, and not makes an unusual click sound. About 3-4 weeks ago there was a noticeable difference in the cleanliness of our clothes. No other changes were made to our process, same detergent, same cycle, same water level etc. He ran it on a rinse and spin cycle, it finally started attempting to agitate, it started making that clicking noice which I pointed out, to which he said "that's what it is supposed to sound like"; strange because it never sounded like that before, but he assured us it was normal. Not sure what else to say to the "expert" at that point. He did nothing else to test the function of the agitator, based his assessment solely on the sound. I asked if there was any other way to test it, he once again asserted that it was normal. I also asked about the unusual balance the washer has been experiencing. I understand not loading a washer properly can cause banging, but as of the last several weeks it has been off balance almost every single cycle. For this he said that we simply need to run it on Large Load size every time. He checked nothing physically, not a tool left his bag. The visit was all of 15 minutes and his assessment was that we should try to use a brand of detergent like tide…specially pods. Versus the detergent we use, which is merely a scent free detergent that he was not familiar with. In addition to running the Washer on Large load for all loads, and using Hot water exclusively. It boggles my mind why the good people of Kenmore would have even those other options, perhaps they can consult with David from Sears home service, and do away R&D team. After David left, I took matter into my own hands, removed the Locking mechanism to witness the agitator functioning, lo and behold the agitator fails to agitate. I have taken a video of this.

Failure to show

This isn't specific to Glenn who I give an above average rating to. However, My original appointment was Friday and no one showed, I did not receive a call or text. It is impossible to get someone from A&E on the phone. Your timeframe of 8 to 5 is incredibly inconvenient to homeowners who have no idea when the tech will show and infuriating when I wait all day Friday and no one shows at all.

How can Sears service not be willing to service a Kenmore.

Very upset that my washer could not be repaired because the serial # sticker was no longer below the lid. It is a kenmore elite model 110. Not Marvin's fault but definitely a Sears product
