Joseph was very polite, and professional. He keep us informed when he would arrive, and he showed up at that time. Went right to work and cleaned up after he was finished. Sears should be proud to have Joseph working for them.

Oven repair
Mr Joseph was on time, pleasant and efficient. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to correct my problem. He was a very nice and respectful repairman. He was also very patient with the time I needed to get down the steps to answer the door, due to surgery.

This is the second time we had Donald W. from Sears Home Services. He asked a few questions about the dishwasher then diagnosed the problem very quickly. Great faith in service provided by technician.

Jules was excellent. Where I do think improvement is needed is communication around confirmation. I can't confirm on my smart phone plus there was delay in when I confirmed and received notice almost to a day.
