Overall rating
Haywood was on time and keep us informed of his schedule through the day. He was professional and put up with me asking questions during the service. He left us with burners that worked according to the book.

He was thorough and honest about my washer problem. I am pleased to say , I have done 3 loads of wash since and had no problems. He is a credit to Sears home service.
