One more great service call by Jesse!
Jessie was at my home for repair of two refrigerators. One was fixed quickly and the other would have been except for a defective part received for the repair. A new one was received nad Jesse installed it Jesse was not happy and traced onother part that was not functioning, He fixed that and refrigerator is working fine. He it cleanly, quickly, and explained the entire situation. Great job by Jesse.

Heater maintenance
The tech was great, professional and very nice. However, my 1st appointment was canceled last week after I sat around from 8am-1pm then they called to cancel. Rescheduled and asked a tech btw 8-12. Person on the phone said that would work. Today, I called and found out it was moved btw 1:30-3:30. It would be nice if I received a call of the time change as I again sat here waiting. Can't seem to speak to an actual person. Very annoying

Glenn was very professional and knowledgeable, he even knew everything about the warranty that I had purchased which I wasn't told when I set up the warranty on the phone. He was also very helpful and pleasant. Please send him back to do the repair.
