Technician great, Sears service poor
The tech accurately determined the problem, but had to order a simple part because Sears did not notify him about the issue. He set an appointment for a week later stating that the part would be mailed. Sears notified me that the part was delivered, but canceled my appointment stating that I had to notify them that I received the part. ???. I waited another week for an appointment when the work was finally done, almost 3 weeks from my initial contact. Very frustrating.
