Donald was great, the rest of the experience was horrific!
From Day One, I had nothing but grief trying to get a repair appointment under our warranty. I was told by the rep that the August payment for the warranty did not go through and the reason was that Sears cancelled our Sears card without telling us. They claim to have sent an email that looked like Spam, so I didn't open it. Donald came out about five days later, ordered three parts, they arrived about three days later. He had made an appointment for 8/22 to install parts. I got an email the day before saying one part was on back order. Not true. Got all three parts. Waited for Donald to show up on 8/22, got an email saying he was on his way, did not show up. Tried to phone to find out what happened, and only got recording. Selected a random menu number to talk to a live person and they transferred me to someone probably in India. Castiel told me they'd send someone out that afternoon. No show again. Again, another runaround, trying to get a live person, finally talked to Kyra who said they had a "system glitch" and who gave me a "direct" phone number to talk to them in the future, and when the THIRD repairman did not show up, I called that number which was a WRONG number! All this time, I was getting emails saying that Donald W will be showing up, and he didn't. One time I was told that there was no such repairman as Donald W! And they had gotten my phone numbers wrong, sending texts to my landline! When poor Donald W finally did show up, not his fault, I almost hugged him! All this time without a dryer, took almost a month to have it repaired. We need some satisfaction here or we WILL be shopping around for another warranty service! You are pathetic! Lack of room here limits to even more details I'd like to add! yes, you can CALL ME!
