George did a great job for us. We were kept up to date as far as arrival time. He explained to us the issues with our refrigerator. Ordered the parts to be sent directly to us. And scheduled an appoinment for the day after their expected arrival. George showed up on time, and within a 3/4 of an hour, we were back up and running. Thanks George!

Kitchenaid Freezer door fix
The door wasn't closing all the way so frost was building up. The 1st technician ordered a new piece to address it but it came in shambles. Jesse fixed the existing piece on the freezer and explained to me the problem and how he fixed it, what to look out for in the future. I'd work with Jesse again!
