Competent and pleasant
The techncian was great. The system was lacking. I set the appointment for 10/2/. I received messages that i could move the time up. I said i would move up the time but the system didn't register it and asked me again a few days later. Then the day of the appointme t came and no call and no techincian. So then a message said the appointment was today so the tech texted around 3 and came and fixed the washer

Leroy was timely, friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. He patiently diagnosed the problem and diligently worked to locate replacement parts. Although he was unsuccessful due to parts being discontinued, he was very sympathetic and apologetic. Really, he was great. Happy to have made his acquaintance.
