Good Information along with great service
At the initial visit, Renford kindly explained the possible causes of the current issue and the plan to best address the most likely cause. Today he installed the replacement parts and gave me info of what to look for if this fix didn't address the issue, and next steps. Very helpful

Derrick listened to what I explained was happening and he knew exactly what had happened. I had a leak in a hose on washing machine. Came back a week later, once I had the part and now repaired. He answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed.
