The technician was great .I have had him a few times through the years.He is very accommodating and always tries to solve the problem to the ability your company provides him with the equipment.But your company is the worst no person to talk to no service provided for your cancellation no updates I pay for service but that doesn't matter to you .It's all about taking my money for no service.You should be ashamed of yourself and taking my money and costing me money to go to the laundry mat for a month because I don't matter.After this I will never buy a thing from you and your service.I have dealt with this for years.Sad and not acceptable
