Since the first repair man didn't have any of the parts needed for the repair he rescheduled the repair and ordered the parts which were home delivered the next day. My only negative comment is I wish Sears would stock their repair trucks with the necessary parts. The second appointment was scheduled for a week later. The second repair man came within the appointed time given to me. During the next hour and a half, he proceeded to replace the drive motor, the capacitor, and the gearcase. When he was finished I was presented with a printed receipt of what repairs were done and the cost (which in my case was covered by the extended warranty). I am very pleased with the repair service I received for my washer.

Our freezer quit working. Took 3 days to get a repairman here, but he solved the problem quickly when he arrived. I even bought a 2-year ins policy against further problems.

I liked being able to book an appt online, and manage the appt online (I had to cancel my first appt, but was able to re-schedule online as well). Initially, given a 4 hr window but then the day of, I received a text message of a 2 hr window (much easier to plan!). The technician arrived within the 2 hr timeframe and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and fortunately he had the part on the truck and was able to replace the needed part on my dishwasher. he checked to make sure it was working correctly and he was through within a half hour. Very pleasant and professional.

The service repair man was very efficient once he got to my house. His phone manners could use some polishing but given the rain for over a week it will all be forgiven. He came, checked the dryer, and fixed it in an hour.
