Good experience
The 2 guys who worked on my fridge were very friendly and professional. I would use Sears Home Services again. The only complaint I have is the incessant emails and texts I received reminding me of my appointment. I also could not talk to a human about my repair, even though I had questions about my part being backordered. All in all, a good experience though.
