As per usual my Applicance was repaired within a week. Jim is a very skilled technician. He found the problem and the freezer was repaired within a short period of time. I appreciate this service

Bob is a very efficient technician and a polite person. It did not take long for him to get the dishwasher operating. We are spoiled and don't like washing dishes by hand. So, thanks Bob.
