Excellent! He explained every detail to me as to what I need to do to help avoid what happened to my dishwasher. I have never cleaned out the filter, now I know how to do that!

Explained everything that's going on with the appliance problem and what's involved in repairing it. Very thorough. Fortunately gave us good advice to check with the manufacturer on the warranty: our problem appears to be common and the manufacturer was willing to send us the part. That gives us confidence in his service. When that arrives we will be scheduling install.

Jesse efficiently diagnosed the problem, and explained that the door needed a slight adjustment to align with the switch . He also emptied the ice maker of old ice and restarted. The service call was quick.
