Knowledgable
Scott did a fine job. There were like 6 gaskets and parts that had been ordered and once they all arrived here at the house he came and replaced everything. I thought he was going to have to be here for hours but he had the whole job done quickly. He then went over the finished work with me and explained what all he did.

This was our first encounter with Ben who came to repair our Kenmore dishwasher. Before he visited our house, he reviewed the problem of the dishwasher and made sure the new parts were ready to install. He was very cordial and knew exactly what had to be done. His technical experience & professionalism was very much appreciated! We rate him number 1 of any service repairman who has worked at house. He's is an asset to his profession and to Sears!
