I wish I could give 0 stars. Made 3 appointments within 1 months to have our refrigerator repaired under warranty. Between my wife and I we have used 3 PTO days only for the guy to cancel each appointment at the end of the day. Been without a refrigerator for 2 months and it looks like it's just up to us to go buy another one after only 3 years on the LG unit. Don't buy LG and don't count on this guy to show up and do any warranty work for you. Thanks for wasting our time

He never showed up and then lied about it when we called him out on it. Zero stars. Also, Sears home repair was the least helpful organization I have ever dealt with. Considering I was able to wash three loads of laundry before my washer broke, I would have thought that maybe they’d be a little more interested. Terrible customer service terrible repair people terrible experience!
