Wayne came to my house today to look at my dryer. He arrived at 8:45 and took the time to explain what was wrong and my options. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to my friends. And if I need arepairman again I will request him.

Called to make a service appointment for a freezer. The earliest was over two weeks out. Could not wait that long . Went elsewhere

I have used your service previously and was satisfied. John was awesome. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication leading up to the repair. I was told the freezer door would arrive on 03/10/25 and be installed on 03/12/25.. It was delayed. It was finally installed on 03/21/25. I communicated in 4 emails that I would be available on 03/26/25 because I was having skin cancer surgery. My communications were completely ignored and the installation happened on 03/21/25. Ultimately the surgery took place on 03/20/25 so the installation could take place on 03/21/25. Had the surgery taken place on 03/21/25 I would have missed the installation. Your scheduling department completely ignored my efforts to get it installed on 03/26/25.

The technician John was great. Very knowledgeable and quick. However customer service and getting this service appointment was the most frustrating and aggravating experience I have ever had. Called 10/14, couldn’t set up appointment till 11/29. On that day no show or call. Rescheduled for next available appointment 12/16, 5th job in queue, I was next and then dropped from the schedule. Had numerous conversations with different departments and supervisors. Rescheduled for today, promised priority but I was 4th in queue. Fortunately, I was not dropped (I would have been if I were 5th). Sears Satisfaction Guarantee is only for cash clients. Protection plan warranties are a joke and bottom of the list. I was happy with John the technician but Sears has really lost its quality control and customer service ethics.

Honestly he came out for nothing. Continued learning in a field is so necessary. I have an electric dryer not a gas dryer and the technician did NOTHING, left but billed my warranty company $230. I hope that doesn’t make it difficult for me to actually get my dryer fixed because there is an allowance cap. Truly disappointed by the unprofessionalism. My fiancé recorded the entire conversation for me, so I have a full fledged video!!
