Blackout in the oven
The oven light socket needed replaced. AI contacted me soon after scheduling for service to further investigate the problem and ascertained that the service vans were not stocked with that part. The part was here waiting for Jed to replace the socket. He was not satisfied with the repair until he found a root cause . Once a root cause was determined he put the stove back together, reset the clock, and got my signature.
