REPAIR ON MY WASHER TOOK WAY TOO LONG.
After several repairmen coming here to fix my washer, finally Bob came yesterday and knew exactly what to do. He even stayed while I did a quick wash to make sure the washer was working properly. Severly repairmen did something on my washer that didn't work, more parts were ordered and came in but on the day that part was to be put in, no one came. I called the repairman and he left a message that he was NOT scheduled to come. And then got an email saying it was rescheduled, but after opening the email and click on the site, it said it was CANCELED. Had to put in a new claim in order for Bob to come, which he installed the new part and knew exactly what he was doing. Advice to Assurant and A&E needs to revise their software because there is a lot of things wrong with it. Never had a problem with service when Platinum came here to repair my major appliances. This repair service started on June 18 and finally was corrected on July 19. That is not acceptable at all. But thanks to Bob everything is working fine now. 5 STARS TO BOB zero stars on Assurant and the lack of service .

As great as Glenn is, I am not happy with Sears Home Service. I had to wait beyond what I deem a reasonable time. If it had been a freezer, all would have been lost, and you don't cover loss.
