If you would have just taken my model and serial number and looked up the parts we needed and just told us that they are not available it would have saved me a lot of money and saved Bob the trip. I am not happy!!!

Refrigerator technician
Paul arrived as scheduled. He introduced himself and had his equipment with him. After doing a check of the refrigerators temperature/ model no etc. I explained what my problem was and he immediately knew the problem and fixed it!! Think all the paper work took longer than fixing the refrigerator!! Great job Paul!!👍🏻
