Charles was great!
The tech, Charles, was great. He walked me through a lot of the issues and preventative measures to avoid future problems. The experience leading up to the appointment was terrible, however. Despite giving them my name and my email address along with everything else, they had those two things wrong in their system. The AI scheduling bot was awful. It kept asking me to confirm the appointment then didn't acknowledge my confirmation. It tried to reschedule one of my appointments and wouldn't accept my responses despite putting in the responses it asked for. The last text about please confirm your appointment threatened that it would be canceled if I didn't confirm. And I couldn't find any phone number to talk to about the appointment to confirm with an actual person. Charles was amazing, Sears AI was crap.
