Recent repair
Sears is awful: 1- outsourced reps create language barrier 2-contradicting info on several levels 3-straight up lies to quiet the customer. Im still waiting on 2 requests for call backs in the "next 2 hours". Its been WEEKS 3- was told emails coming in "3 business days". This has been since 9-11-24. Still no email (i was told this repeatedly everytime the deadline passed) 4- if you can get the tech here-he's great

Technician was great but….
The technician was great however, it took 4 appointments before the repair was completed. The first appointment was diagnostic and parts ordered. The next appointment the technician never showed up and I got a text 40 minutes before the 5pm window expired. Rescheduled again and again, after waiting all day, no technician and again rescheduled. Finally, the technician came and made the repairs. Each appointment is an 8am to 5pm window so each day was a wasted day. And there was no compensation for my wasted time. Not very good customer service on that end.

Tech people
Let me say that the start of my experience was lousy. At the end of August a appointment was scheduled to fix my microwave. The texts keep say that someone was coming between 8-12, Then a text was sent between 2-3. The guess what no one showed up. Next appointment was for September 18, the day of the appointment, Ron called and said it was a two man job, so it was scheduled for September 20 between 8-12. Then in the AM on the twenty, I got a text saying that it was moved to 9/20 PM. Thank goodness for Ron a d Drew, both excellent workers. They fixed my microwave and were great people. You should be happy to have two great employees. If you could sent me the site or information so I can get Sear Home Care.
