The guy has lots of knowledge... what I thought could be a problem he said was not.... but I am not sure... he ran the rinse cycle but that does not cause problems.... it can happen when I have clothes in it... we shall see in the short future if the machine is o.k.

Was surprised when Steven showed up not really having any idea what the problem was. We had forwarded make, model, serial number, and even part number for the repair. He came and simply verified what we had already told the company. And of course, had to order the part. Came back about 2 weeks later and was able to install the part. A bit of a hassle for him but he was able to complete the job. He's a nice young man and finished each time with a handshake.
