Professional Repairman
Bill was very professional, made sure he stayed with us until the repair was done. We had some problems because Sears Home Services has our address incorrect, and we have tried to correct it several times. Bill made sure he came to the right house every time, called us in advance, did an excellent job.

Bill was great, but he was hampered by Sears and AHW of not getting the part. To our home. A snafu in ups/usps as we don't have mail delivery at our house.
