Jonel fixed broken ice maker quickly
Jonel quickly and accurately. He identified the correct replacement part, which he had on his truck. He replaced the broken ice maker with the new one quickly and did not make a mess. Definitely recommend him.

Eduardo was wonderful. Thee automated Sears program was a nightmare but Eduardo worked so hard to make it right and made the appointment happen after the program cancelled us 4 times. He is a star employee and deserves a promotion!

Sears technician was great, but Sears has issues
The technician was great Sears on the other hand has issues they use a recording robot system when you call to try to ask anything or schedule an appointment and you can never get a human being on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get a very sad
