Service tech great Sears not so much
This service tech was really nice. He really wants to do a good job but Sears is not. Sears has messed up at at least four different times. Haven't had a dryer for two months. Had to reschedule three different times because of Sears issues on their side. I really believe Sears owes me an apology and maybe a 50% discount on my protection plan
