Repair refrigerator and maintenance check on d on dishwasher
The technician arrived on time, clearly stated the level of work. We discussed various options on what needed to be done with the refrigerator. He was very polite, very informative and completed the job and explained everything to me and extreme details so that I felt very comfortable with what was being done. It was a pleasure having him as my technician.

Replace compressor in refrigerator!
Bret did a great job. My biggest complaint is getting the technician to come and fix it. They kept canceling my appointment and I had to go without a refrigerator for over a week. Very unprofessional. NOT the technicians fault, sears warranty and getting to talk with a person, not a machine. Poorly run system. ,

Dryer repair
He was prompt , diagnosed and replaced the faulty heating unit quickly. He warned us that the idler pulley may go bad soon and it has made noise ever since his visit. I was happy with his service and would like to have him return to fix this new problem
