Jonel was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, solved our problem. We were much disappointed in the continuing rescheduling of service: our first request started on August 7, we finally received service on Sept. 8, one month later. Really inconsiderate of our schedules and disappointing in not having our refrigerator water and ice service in over a month, during the hottest month of the summer!
