Gary did a nice job. Was happy with his service. My frustration was waiting for parts. Two pieces arrived promptly after his initial inspection; one item never arrived. This resulted in a delay for the repair. Your system needs a better way to follow up on parts. My local appliance parts store knew early that the one part was not available. The total time of not having a refrigerator was unacceptable.
