Best technician
Dale is a very knowledgeable technician. He knows the machine in and out. He was very punctual and gave me correct time to arrive. He was very courteous too. He ordered parts and came back to replace those. Tested machine to our satisfaction. Great job Dale. Happy holidays.

Dale is great, Sears could use some improvement
Dale was the second technician from Sears to come out. He came across as knowledgeable and professional. I can't say that about the first technician we got. The whole Sears/A&E Appliance Repair platform could use work. It would be nice to actually be able to reach a real human when needed. Unfortunately you just get stuck in the automated call loop on the phone and using the online platform. We had one appointment where no one showed up and we never got any kind of call about it. Just had to use the online system to reschedule. It would also be great if they could shorten the expected service window. No one has 8 hours to sit at home and wait, luckily I work from home.
