Refrigerator repair
Defrost drain was plugged up, service technician worked for quite a while, lots of work to get to, he did an excellent job getting it repaired!

Excelent Knowledge, and dedication
Eduardo showed he is the best at repairing appliances. He was in and out of the house in about 30 minutes. He had previously ordered the parts, and had them delivered to the house. Knowledge and dedication like this should be rewarded.
